4 armed males shot at and injured the husband of a BJP councillor from Patna on Monday, police mentioned.
Nilesh Yadav alias Nilesh Mukhia (40), husband of Suchita Singh, was rushed to a hospital, the place he’s being handled.
In accordance with the police, the incident occurred in Digha space round 11 am on Monday when Mukhia was going to his workplace in Kurzi by automobile. Three individuals have been within the automobile on the time of the incident. “As Mukhia was about to get out of his automobile, 4 armed criminals on two bikes began firing at him. He fell on the bottom. The criminals sped away in the direction of P & M Mall,” the police mentioned.
On being knowledgeable of the incident, the police rushed to the spot and recovered 5 bullets from there.
DSP (legislation and order) N Haque mentioned, “Some suspects have been recognized. We’re additionally inspecting the CCTV footage of the crime.”
