Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is “trending very properly” on “weekdays”, experiences commerce analyst Taran Adarsh. The film launched in theatres on Friday and it managed to earn Rs. 6.90 crore on Wednesday alone. After six days of its launch, the full incomes of the film on the home field workplace stands at Rs 67.12 crore. Taran Adarsh talked about in his report that the multiplexes within the large centres have been driving the enterprise up to now. The film earned Rs 11.10 crore on the very first day of its launch.

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani opened to combined opinions. Whereas a big part of viewers has been liking the film for its full-on leisure worth, others have discovered the tone of the film preachy. Movie critic Saibal Chatterjee gave the film 2 stars out of 5 and wrote for NDTV, “The screenplay is erratic – it goes forwards and backwards between taking its eyes off the ball and hitting it out of the park, with the ratio tilted markedly in the direction of the previous – however the performances are sturdy sufficient to assist the movie paper over its creases.”
Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani stars Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan, Churni Ganguly, Tota Roy Chowdhury. With this film, Karan Johar returned to the seat of director after seven years.
