America has been advised that Russia is ready to return to talks on a deal that had allowed the secure Black Sea export of Ukraine grain, however “we’ve not seen any proof of that but,” the U.S. envoy to the United Nations stated on Tuesday.

“We’ve seen indications that they is perhaps involved in returning to discussions. So we are going to wait to see whether or not that truly occurs,” she stated, with out giving additional particulars.
