America has been advised that Russia is ready to return to talks on a deal that had allowed the secure Black Sea export of Ukraine grain, however “we’ve not seen any proof of that but,” the U.S. envoy to the United Nations stated on Tuesday.
Russia stop the deal on July 17. U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., Linda Thomas-Greenfield, stated that if Russia needs to get its fertilizer to world markets and facilitate agricultural transactions “they’ll need to return to this deal.”
“We’ve seen indications that they is perhaps involved in returning to discussions. So we are going to wait to see whether or not that truly occurs,” she stated, with out giving additional particulars.
