Exchange & Replacement Policy

At SHTIMES, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged watch, we offer a 3-day return policy.

Eligibility

This policy applies only to watches that arrive damaged or defective. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.

Reporting Damages

If you receive a damaged watch, please contact our customer support team or email us immediately with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images or videos of the damaged watch

After we confirm the issue, we will initiate the exchange or replacement process.

Exchange Procedure

Return the damaged product:
Send the watch back via courier using the address provided by our customer support team. The watch must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, warranty card, manuals, tags, and any included accessories.

Inspection & Confirmation:
Once we receive the returned watch, our team will inspect it to verify the damage.

Replacement

After verification, we will send you a replacement watch.

If the exact model is unavailable, we will offer:

  • A similar watch of equal value, or

  • Store credit

Refunds

SHTIMES does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs when sending the damaged watch back for exchange or replacement.

Non-Eligibility

We do not accept exchanges or replacements for watches that:

  • Have been used, worn, or altered

  • Show signs of scratches or damage due to improper use

  • Are damaged due to negligence, water exposure (unless water-resistant as specified), or mishandling

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not applicable for prepaid orders.
